Our First Tofu ScrambleBelow is a recipe that my wife has been dying to try for weeks. She's derived it from several other recipes that she found online, and she made it this morning for breakfast. If you're not tofu's biggest fan--my wife loves tofu, me... not so much--you should still very much consider this dish. I was very apprehensive at first, but boy was I wrong. My mom, being the sweetheart that she is, found this recipe for me when we first started eating vegan food. Since then she has made it at every family event just so we can have dessert to eat and we couldn't be happier to eat it! It started out being called a Luscious Devil's Food Cake Recipe and after I experimented a bit, i've found that its even more tasty if you add zucchini to it. I will post the recipe below and tell you how I have modified it. You can feel free to modify it or even make it as its original recipe. Either way its very yummy!
